for anyone feeling nastalgic for the dearly departed, ask yourself 'why?'. why do you (feel) like it would be neat to see an extinct animal? if you evolved from beasts why do people feel? why are they more conscious than other animals, extinct or not? why do they argue back and forth about God when all other animals just do what they do? why do they have concepts like 'hostile to christians' or 'it's wrong to rape little girls'? what evolutionary purpose does morality serve?

@arboribabe hmm, well if they would just evolve a little faster maybe they could cope with how quickly mankind changes the playing field... by the by when was the last time anyone actually saw a whale or whatever actually evolve a new feature, like feet or harpoon proof skin... that's what i thought.

@SyringeCycle Do your home work dude. The Quagga was hunted to extinction for there meat and hide's. The Thylacine was drivin to extinction by humans as well by bounty hunters. The Steller sea cow was hunted to extinction by sailers. The Caspian Tiger may not be extinct yet. The Great Auk was hunted for it's meat and eggs to extinction. Let me add in the Red Tail, This little bird was killed out of curiosity and boredom. Yes poeple hunted them as well. Humans sure did there part.
