@DELTA38g So if you have about 10 videos and no marks on your account you can upload videos over 15 minutes. I have some 30 minute ones on my channel (I think they are private and they suck so don't worry about it.)

Next time you click upload see if at the upper part of the upload box thing if there is a notice from youtube that says something like "You may now upload videos longer than 15 minutes."
