The Chicago Spire - Construction 2008 till 10/28 2008

Hello guys, this is my first update since my return from Chicagoland of Construction till 10/28 2008 on the site of the Spire. The Foundation is done and now Utility works are goin on and off the site. Further construction is on hold till the financial markets get better.

From what I have read, the Foundation is 90-95% completed, just that they're going to stop at Street level.

well, yea, utilities and whatnot, but I'll say WE RISE OUT OF THE HOLE STARTING MARCH 2009.

The Farmer's Almanac (not sure if you get it in Germany) and the National Weather Service are predicting one of the worst winters on record EVER for Northern Illinois this year.
