Officers Stop Man From Leaping Off Bridge

Police in a Washington suburb reached a distraught man just as he tried to jump off a bridge and onto an interstate. He had already scaled a steel fence so officers had to hold him up by his hands until a crew arrived with rescue equipment. (March 18)
