@EncouraginTv yeah very true, but im reasonably skinny but not 'visible rib cage' skinny, although i have a terrible diet which i need to change to turn my 2 pack into a 6 pack :) but losing weight is a lengthy and difficult process which im not looking forward to whereas muscle gain be fun and it varies alot

@ThatOlliePerson however, you cant get built like brandon carter if you aint skinny, im sure brandon carter started as a skinny guy, thats why his waist is so small, you just need to bulk up for some time, hit weights and do compound exercises after to lose bodyfat to define the muscles

@P4K1souljah you wont get shorter but if you are skinny too then it will be very difficult for you to gain muscle. i an also 15 but im 5ft 9 and i find it much easier than my tall friends to gain some muscle, hope that helped :)
