no,not contraindicated in dm patients ...........its contraindicated in acute renal faliure...........after dm nephropathy

thanks for the video. was wondering why/how the contrast causes the vessels to vasoconstrict and then vasodilate...?? and why do they give toxic contrast or are all contrast toxic to some degree? cheers
