Installing is easy,
Editing the Config.php is what I find hardest.

That is nice but I was looking for instuctions on how to install it on a server. I have successfully installed it so I can see the directories on the internet but cannot feature out how to find the wp.config file and hook it up to mysql database.

There is no wp.config file.
You need to go to the includes folder and look for config.php.new and rename that to config.php and edit that. Most cases you don't need to edit the slave database just the master.
