Depends on how good the people are that you're raiding with.

We 5-manned him with zero drakes up to get 5 people the 10-man achievement per group -- but we had a bunch of 25-man gear at the time.

And, actually, this ach is bugged. I've done Sarth on 10/25 a lot before this ach actually registered.

I got this achievement as the Sarth 3D MT a few weeks ago. Seems like you're more likely to get it as the tank O.o.

Paying attention doesn't help you as much as you seem to be making it out to be.

It requires completely isolating yourself and running back and forth, and completely avoiding situations where you have to be near other people.

Please consider the fact that some events aren't predictable and methods such as these are much more efficient than your "Yeah well you suck, my skilled method of pure awesome is better" tactics.
