Below are the exercises and workout protocol.

Exercise #1 - Prisoner Squat Jump
Exercise #2 - Squat Jump
Exercise #3 - Jump Rope (100X)
Exercise #4 - Kettlebell Split Clean
Exercise #5 - Oblique Thruster
Exercise #6 - Downward Dog Push Up

No Rest Between Exercises
4 Repetitions Each Exercise
As Many Circuits As Possible in 30 Minutes

  • Will this still work well if its incorporated only 3 days a week with other cardiovascular?

  • @AkeemJamal90 It depends on what your current training level is. If you're a complete beginner yes that will help. If you're an advanced athlete it could be cutting back.
