Cycling East Out of Oswego

I am beginning what turns out to be my final day of my cycling journey around Lake Ontario. The temperature is already above 80 degrees F. by 6AM. It is going to be a hot one.

It is a GoPro camera. Yes, it can be mounted on the helmet, but then you get a lot more motion as my head is constantly moving around checking for traffic, etc. With more editing, I could possibly reduce some of the steady noise picked up from the traffic. I know I can do that with a program called Audacity, but not sure how to integrate that with Windows Moviemaker. I'm interested in finding an easy to use inexpensive video editing program. Any suggestions?

What camera do you use? Also is there any way to mount the camera on your helmet to reduce the vibration and the noise from the handlebars?
