Palace of Knossos is the ancient cretans' Kremlin, the palace of ancient Greece legends, where Tesey killed Minotaur. A clip contains a number of bright colourful HQ shots.
In Oktober 2009 we visited Kreta. Naturally one of the highlights of our holiday was The Palace of Knossos. My girlfriend Angela and I have special fascination of ancient cultures. Remember people Kreta is where it all started in Europe some five thousand years ago...
If you want to visit...be prepared to stand in line but it's worth it if you prepare your holiday and read about the Greek mythology first...There is high wisdom in the mirror where you can see the head of Medusa...You own fear!
@fotoman4u2 u sat on the throne?when did that happened?!i mean this spesific throne is the oldest one in the whole europe and this is why you can only view it from a distance of at least 10 metres!at least that's the way it was on summer 2009 when i visited knossos palace.
