I gotta say...I think this guy is definitely in the WeHo neighborhood first and foremost for drug dealing. ABSOLUTELY. He's frustrated cause the peeps that said they'd show, didn't show. So, by the end, I would think he's at his wits end, causing him to POP that last guy in the face. The MINUTE you see that scumbag next, immediately call 911. Only that will get the lax cops out to patrol the community like they should and take that low life OUT!
