I have always found it incredible how anyone with even a modicum of intelligence can be taken in by faux news and their disinfo and yet they are. For proof look at how cowboy coke head (gw bush)was able to win the presidency not once but twice. faux news was instrumental in his presidency. with vids like this I am understanding the manipulative tactics being used daily on everyone. Some people are so scared of hypnosis yet it is being used daily and most people are none the wiser. scary shit.

you just summed up exactly why I was saying Whawhawhatthefuck? towards the end of this. Colbert is amazing and consistently manages to shit all over these cheapshot FOX tricks by doing it even better than them. Not only do "conservatives" often have a slip of the tongue on his show (f.e. that general basically admitting the US runs Heron outta `Stan), he even manages to give bumbling "liberals" a coherent voice by overstating. Stewart is a fucking Puppy dog compared to Colbert

Jonathan, your observations are very insightful, but you lost me with Colbert. Surely you know he is satirizing and belittling the Fox method by imitating it. That is his shtick. He then makes it funny by demonstrating himself to be humorously stupid or boorish. He then makes an insightful closing line just so you don't miss the fact that his point is exactly the opposite of what his persona is saying. Is satire and parody over your head, or am I missing something?
