On May 5th around 2:00:27am a Niskayuna, NY Police (NNYP) vehicle drive past to our right approaching what appears to be another Police Vehicle with flashing lights stationary (not visible from camera) with lights flashing.
About 2 minutes later around 2:02am a NNYP vehicle passes to our left followed by a second NNYP vehicle both approaching Lexington Pkwy and Dean St intersection divided by a 20ft wide lawn strip extending several blocks both direction.
The first NNYP vehicle is a SUV and the second NNYP a sedan. On the intersection the NNYP SUV turns left stops backs up as it turns off all lights, front and back. The second NNYP vehicle following behind the NNYP SUV stops in middle of the intersection then following cue from the NNYP SUV turns off all vehicle lights.
About 30 seconds later, parked in the same intersection spot last viewed, the NNYP sedan's lighting turn on immediately followed by the NNYP SUV's lighting who is now parked in the center of the intersection parallel to the NNYP sedan. Then NNYP SUV proceeds to pass to our right while the NNYP
sedan makes a U turn also passing to our right.
The Niskayuna New York Police PsyOp maneuver was to reinforce the notice to me that I am their target and a reasurement to Niskayuna, NY 12309 Neighborhood Organized Gang Stalking (OSG) Force that NNYP is taking an active, conspicious role - as opposed to from past when they tacitly supported and aided Niskayuna OSG behind scenes, by isolating me from vital
police services entitled to as a resident tax payer and obstructing investigation of complaints I filed with NNYP.
