A coordinated series of attacks in Baghdad killed more than 127 people and wounded hundreds on Tuesday. Five separate attacks created the worst wave of violence to strike the Iraqi capital in more than a month. (Dec. 8)
America's involvement in Iraq had nothing to do with liberating the people. If it was about the people then the US wouldn't have trained, financed and armed Saddam in the first place.
They wouldn't have left the people to be slaughtered after the first gulf war. Oil...and corporate greed under the guise of 'liberation'.
And let's not forget that Iraq had NOTHING to do with 9/11
yes. Iraq had a Islamicly elected dictatorship. what u call terrorist I call a functioning Islamic society with no place for Democracy. the problem here is we lost oil production & distribution all 4 some worthless shias
Americans call themselves a democracy, but there isn't even faintest trace of democracy much less morality in America. It's an economic slave dictatorship no better than China. And mass murder up to a milion Iraqis like the 2 million Vietnamese dead is perfectly acceptable for Americans if it involves money and they can get away with it. It was Saudis.. Bush's best friends.. and CIA trainees and operatives in Europe than planned 911. Neither Afghanistan nor Iraq had anything to do with it.
Before the american genocide Iraqi had a functioning society, the best universities in the Middle East, roads, hospitals, private businesses. Housing, health care, farming, etc was subsidized. All the middle east at that time had political oppression, but that little coward Bush monkey went after Iraq because of the oil, and brought Al Qaeda with him. Why? Because Al Qaeda is Bush's brother. Bush was friends with the Bin Laden family and the Saudis for twenty years before he seized power.
Saddam was installed by the CIA in the 50's since Americans, being terrorists, hated his democratic opponent for his plans to nationalize Iraqi oil. It was a CIA bullet that assasinated Saddams' opponent and put him in power. Saddam is as american as apple pie. Even so, Saddam was an internal problem for Iraqis and didn't need american criminals in their country.
Do you call liberating millions of Iraqis from dictatorship and giving them democracy and freedom a waste of time?
Do call fighting Islamic terrorists a waste of time?
What is your solution? Pull out of Iraq and Afghanistan and abandon the Iraq and Afghan people to Islamic dictatorship?
If Iraq and Afghanistan are allowed to fall under the control of Islamic terrorists they will both countries as a base for attacks around the world including the US.
This is peace? Wow, what a great waste of time and money the Iraq War was! Oh well, nevermind, there is always the Afghanistan War to waste more time and money on.
