Okay I could use some feedback from several people, I would like to know what everyone thinks. When pulling in the butterfly, should one pull all the way through, part of the way through, or does it not matter? Also, should the pull be in a "keyhole" shape or just straight back? If you answer the question, please state why you are qualified to answer such a question in the proper fashion.
