Chef Keith Snow makes a delicious baked ziti, a simple and delicious pasta dish with terrific tomato sauce, http://shop.harvesteating.com/collections/thoughtful-harvest-pasta-sauces lots of melted cheese and flavor. This is Italian comfort food at its best. Get written recipe here http://www.harvesteating.com/baked-ziti.html

  • Keith, baked Ziti is VERY Italian. It's served using buffalo cheese and not so much meat. Commonly, it was baked for weddings; it fed a lot of people for little money. My mom used to tell me stories about grandma making it for her friend's weddings before coming to America.

  • I'd rather have a poptart

  • @keithsnow this is good for vegaterians!
