its all bullshit. It only works if u already have a flat stomach, if u have fat then u need to run, u wont see the six pack if u have fat on ur stomach

With what cardio excercise should be combined? Swim is a good idea? and if I use weight to make abs is it better to follow this excercise or i get same results?
i`ve been struggling with 6 pack abs for a longer time and i just cant get them.think i`ll just try harder with this program.. and i`ll post you for sure if i see some abs... im 132 lbs and 5 foot 81/2 inches high... any recomendations?

@icemann661 By the stats you gave sound like you have no problem with fat but when it comes to abs nutrition is everything. Just work them 2 to 3 times a week only. Good luck

you should not do this everyday 2 or 3 times a week is enough. You move on when you fell comfortable

when you are exercising a part of you body that you want you also have to work the contradictory part because it limit your self. For example if you work chest you will have to work back as well, if you work bicep then you will have to work triceps.
