Smooth, tough and swing'in.....Q really captured the moment in 1960.......His music is timeless. The jazz world is a much better place because of him and his talent. His arrangements for Sinatra made Sinatra a much better singer. Ol blue eye's never sounded better than when he sang w/Q.Read Q's autobiography--its fascinating!

i know you posted this a year ago, but i remember this album, birth of a band. my dad was in the service, and brought it home when he was on leave. the bandmembers were depicted as hatching out of eggs. very creative. great songs. one i really liked was goodbye baby here i go (not sure if real title, since i was just a little girl at the time).
