You must have been walking on air getting a response from Sharon M. Draper herself! You did an excellent job! I too am a teacher who is also teaching with Ms. Draper's novels. I'd love to see what your teacher's assignment was and the rubric for it. I'm thinking of having my students do something like this as well. Congratulations!

It was just a generall book report that you could do anything for. I was the only one who did a video but some people wrote songs and did art. It was very... do whatever you want. And since I enjoy this, I chose it.
