Ross Brawn probably never thought he'd end up dominating 2009 with a team named after him. Here he is looking ever the owl we now know him as. From the fantastic documentary Turbo - Equinox. Find it at racing-underground.com

  • very nice upload, thanks very much!

  • This Formula One car was a Haas - Lola Ford, designed by FORCE for Carl Haas as part of a deal with Beatrice Foods' sponsorship of his CART IndyCar team.

I remember watching this documentary on TV. Great to see this clip again as I've always been interested in race car aerodynamics (particularly the 'ground effect' cars) and it's my first memory of Ross Brawn and still to this day, despite of his success at Ferrari and his own team, he still reminds of this good documentary.

  • Bloody hell, Ross looks like he's just old enough to get beat up by Neil Oatley for his lunch money...

  • Good lord is he using a BBC micro there?

  • this a gem. lol.. wow, just wow! i was -1 year old then.

  • lol he's exactly the same, except the hair of course.
