My tribute to movies made in New York.
My friend, Ryan DeHues - youtuber NuJazzCrooner - is represented by Pat Boone's new record label which also reps such recording legends as Cleo Laine.
Based on what he saw on my channels, Ryan allowed me to make a video of one of his songs, his exceptional rendition of the classic "Sunday in New York."
Thank you, Ryan, for trusting me with your song! This was the most fun I ever had making a video!

  • What's the name of the movie that appears at 2:40, please, I have been searching for it's name since a long time.

  • @judymanu "Manhattan" (dir. Woody Allen, 1979.)

  • 0:57 man on building ,, what the name of the movie?

  • @dukk77777 "Barefoot in the Park" (dir. Gene Saks, 1967.)

  • Why did you not include footage from 'The Godfather'?

  • @SIngli6 Actually, it's "Godfather II" that appears from 2;13 to 2;15. I already did a video for the "Godfather Trilogy" (see below), so I only wanted one piece representing the trilogy here, though at one point I did have the shooting of Don Corleone at the fruit stand in here. Thank you for commenting!

  • Great job! Would have loved to see a bit of KRAMERvsKRAMER (Central Park) but terrific nonetheless!

  • Amazed that there was a bit from Hester Street, a little known but excellent film. Naturally there are at least 500 more films unshown. I have often wondered it NYC is not the most filmed city in the history of cinema?? I have lived abroad most of my life and even if I am at times not proud to be american I am proud to be a NEW YORKER!

    All Europeans understand this too!

  • Great video!! Although i missed Rose from Titanic looking at the statue of liberty nearly at the end of the movie

  • Brilliant cutting and choices of clips. Unless I missed it, was there nothing from "Sunday in New York" itself? It's the quintessential 60's swinging NYC flick.

  • IT`S A GREAT VIDEO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Hey man thanks.
