Diane Ponzio Performs Live at The Music Room

Here at The Music Room in sleepy Cleckheaton, UK we were honoured and delighted to play host to the legendary singer/sonwrite, Diane Ponzio and her stunning Martin JDP II Diane Ponzio Signature Limited Edition Guitar.

She addressed a small, but select audience before playing a number of songs for us.

Well I saw her in Stourbridge and I thought she was jolly good. She told me my playing was very good, but she would say that, wouldn't she?

Wenceslas is right, I had a few brands of acoustic guitars and the martin is the only guitar I really like, it plays very light. Great work Martin.

Believe me, I met her just yesterday night, I heard and tried a guitar: NEVER TRUST A VIDEO!

Well, you don't have to like the songs, but I tried her guitar comparing with a dozen of other martin. Except the martin CSN who was a jewel, no other model impressed me as much.

And that does not sound like a "normal" Martin .. it sounds so thin.. not very rich sounding .. What have you done to it?
