NOTE: Dr. Edward Widner (1921 - 2007), chief advisor of MSUG & consultant to US Foreign Ops Administration till disbandment 1955. Arrived in Vietnam in early Oct54. Michigan State had contract w/ Diem, ca1955 - 1962 from US & Vietnam
