I loved noodle soup in China. Difficult to eat with chopsticks but you can slurp away and pick the bowl up to drink. Check the skills on this guy making my noodles for me. You can see how he makes the actual noodles from some kind of rice dough. Once he's finished they go in the steaming pot on the left for a couple of minutes. They're whisked out, drained, put in a bowl to which a meaty stock, vegetables, chilli and bits of meat are added along with some coriander. It cost 4 Yuan which is about 30p and it was delicious.
