@daro2096 Even though they were not removed from the earth the foreshadowing is still there.Just because the Passover lamb was a lamb does not mean that Jesus would have to be a literal lamb. How about Enoch and Elijah they were "Raptured". God has not appointed us to wrath. There are many ways to interpret Scripture, however only one true interpretation.Important thing is that a person recognizes they need to repent of their sins and believe Jesus is God the Son who payed the price for their sin
When the door of the ark closed that symbolises the close of probation for the world. There was clearly presented two classes of people on the earth. Rev 22:11 clearly says that when the close of probation comes that there are two classes the holy and the filthy and they stay that way for eternity.
Noah and his family were never removed from the earth after the door closed. They were on the earth whilst God's wrath fell on the earth but they were protected by God during that time.
@daro2096 I do agree that Noah and Lot were foreshadowing of things to come, God told Noah "Come inside" the ark, implying God was in the ark. So, God "took" them into the ark where He was and protected them from his Judgement of the Earth. Lot also was removed from Sodom before God's Judgement of Sodom. Likewise people who are Raptured are protected from the Wrath of God during the Tribulation and return with Him at the 2nd Coming. Born Again people, expecting the Bridegroom are Raptured.
Who gets taken and who gets left? Context is Noah. What does Genesis 7:23 say? The wicked were taken away and only Noah and his family were left. Wicked were taken away and the righteousness were left. In Lot's day the wicked were taken away to destruction and only Lot and his family were left the day Lot left Sodom. See also Luke 17:37.
So when I go by past examples i see the rightous saved through tribulation not from it. Why should it be any different at the end of the world.
@daro2096 It's obviously not secret cause most people have some concept of it. Yes some Christians go through the tribulation but they are people who come to Christ after the Rapture. And as to their being sincerley wrong I disagree, have you still not watched the Missler series. Again I say his arguements for a Pre Tribulation Rapture outway any of the misinterpretation of Scripture refuting a Pre Tribulation Rapture I have heard.
The early church believed in a rapture, yes but that rapture was not a secret event.
Protestants used to believe the Papacy was the antichrist of Bible prophecy. But protestants have changed and gone back to mummy. The Papacy taught the secret rapture for centuries before it was believed by protestants.
Christ's people go through the tribulation but Christ will deliver them. Daniel 12:1.
@daro2096 Yes I am familiar, however belief in the Rapture goes back to the early Church contrary to popular belief, Perry Stone addresses this issue, and if you would take the time to watch the videos I have suggested I do believe they present a very strong proof for pre tribulation Rapture
Bear in mind that no protestants believed in this until the late 1800s. This theology comes from the Jesuits. Look up Ribera in a search engine. He was a Jesuit priest who took part in the counter reformation. He came up with the pre-trib rapture theory as far back as the late 1500s. He was charged with the task of taking the heat off the papacy that was being called Antichrist by the reformers at the time.
@daro2096 Did you watch the Chuck Missler Rapture series? You asked me if I watched your video, and I did. I ask you to keep an open mind and listen to his Rapture series on Youtube. He does an excellent job of explaining pre-trib. rapture

They may be sincere but they are sincerely wrong.
