(I distantly remember that the guard really does get fired if you rob your neighbours but I'm not sure)

@kackn0ob well garrets apartment is open, and the apartment itself has the locks that u need to pick if u want them to open. otherwise u can kill the guard in his apartment nothing happends... but he will not respawn after :P
