Pro - Tech class is learning the basics in use of the Katana (samurai sword). The best test of use is using it with extreme focus .... That is what they are doing here.
We also collect from those who wish to participate, food stuff for the local food bank, realizing that for our training, we are destroying good food. To recognize this, we ask the students to contribute if they wish. This week we donated nearly 50lbs of food, way more than we used to teach this class all month.
