thanks, why do i get up real early and do a workout (with a small meal) i get so tired just about noon. is this workout ONLY 30 mins? if so i think i over did it with 3 hours on the bike. i didnt do the trainer indoors lately but more running, about a 4 mile run in the morning will be about the same? thanks again!
