kundalini rising is energy rising from the body up and up into the realms of what really isnt understood yet.The experince or emergence of a rising can be extremely dangerous so if you do have one dont go see a psychiatrist huh, do yuour research youll find a lot of information understanding the hindu religion.

Is Kundalini the same as consciousness? I ask because the flames have eyes in them, which suggests they symbolise consciousness. So this is like consciousness spreading through every part.

The eyes represent the two energy channels, and there is a third that runs up the spine directly.

It depends who you ask, but i take kundalini to mean the "action of consciousness" as a force, but obviously they're still ultimately both consciousness.

@JasonJason210 Kundalini is the reflection of the Holy spirit and is a Divine energy which resides in every human being in the sacrum bone. The spirit which is a reflection of God Almighty, resides in the heart. When the kundalini is awakened, it rises along the spine and emanates at the sahasrar or crown chakra. Through kundalini awakening you achieve your Self Realization and get connected to the collective consciousness which is all around us. This is the true Yoga or union with the Divine.

@nancyl2 you should do intense Yoga and slip into meditation there is so much waiting to be unraveled. I don't care about stuff like enlightenment anymore (why should I want to end it yet?)

There is even more than one would think. The matrix is a perfect construct and is a part of the trinity. Reality is a lie. Osho is the best example for that :D He came out of nowhere without any special education to make him different. No job but owned 99 rolls royces. That's a punch into reality's face ;)
