Nick is back at 100% after being out with an injury for a while - he won both Advanced Gi and Advanced No-Gi in the Kids 14 & Under, 80-99.9 lb. division at the Orlando BJJ Open. No points were scored against him in either division. Here is the win for Gold in No-Gi - he gets a couple of good takedowns, mount, and sets up the arm & head triangle for the submission win. Nick is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu student at Relson Gracie Jacksonville and a Judo student at Judo Ryu Jax.
Great comeback from the injury! (What was the injury, hopefully not too serious) Hopefully you will be able to beat this Brandon kid that has posted some victories over you. I hope you can post some Muay Thai matches too

@TheJoker1701 Had a knee injury that kept him out for a while - all is good now. Nick has been looking forward to a rematch with Brandon at the next tournament they are both at. Nick isn't doing any actual Muay Thai matches yet - he does Sport JuJitsu which includes striking and is done with the Gi, and has done some Sport MMA, which is similar but No-Gi.

Brilliant! Very powerful performance by Nick. Excellent the way he dominates with such a secure mount before applying the killer choke. But where did he get those shorts? They are something different!

He trains Muay Thai for striking - those are the shorts he wears for that :)
