I appreciate the channel and the kind loving perspective/goal, but I contest that silence and a true internal journey will not lead to god, or any other external force... It will lead you to understanding your true being, what makes you tick and why, your fears, your desires, your flaws and your strengths. It will make them real and significant and change your life forever in ways only you can do but cannot currently imagine.

yes ,to remove all background noise, easier said than done but absolutely worth trying, few tips ; in the nature, barefoot, alone...or trying to do the stairs other way around or backword might help(i read this somewhere, not that effective for me)

beautiful! so true though..i love to meditate in peace and silence especially around nature and big spaces..high places like mountains..under a bright full moon around whispering and accompanied trees..a time between you and your soul, the universe, god, and everything that comes with it.
