Yes, they said as the ball was falling into the net, the ref blew the whistle for full time. They said that the disallowed goal didn't have an impact on the game as the goal shooter's team were already winning 2-1.

Pretty dumb ref though, I must say. You should always let a shot go before you blow the whistle.
