ISCP is a motivationnal crew, they call each other strongest teen, strongest woman, strongest dad, i don't know why they do this but they surely deserve to be trolled. 70 pounds on one arm row isn't that strong, my ex-girlfriend is 5'8 and 130 , she did 80 X 5 and box squatted 200 x 3.
