THE LAST FEAST is a combination of stop-motion, classical and computer generated animation with live-action puppetry.

  • @Computerbugs Thanx for the kind words! Yeah, short film is a highly competitive discipline - especially animation as it takes soooooo long to do. Anyways, sometimes a film clicks with an audience and sometimes not. You just gotta make these films because you love doing it.

  • That was very good. The set and the models were fantastic and the camera quality is superb. You must have spent a long time planning each shot.

Just out of interest, what camera did you use and what editing software did you use

  • @veguntold glad you liked the film! Yes, it was quite a complicated film to plan and shoot. I used a Nikon D80 with Framethief for the animation. I had a small security camera attached to the D80 so I had a live feed for Framethief. Pretty horrible way to animate! Currently I use a Canon EOS 7D with Dragon for animation - waaaay better.

  • vampire robot!

  • This video is completely amazing. It's depressing to see that something that you obviously put countless hours of work into barely get any comments and very few views. I will show this to my friends so they can be lucky enough to experience this video.

  • Amazing, outstanding work! That was truely a work of art, and stopmotion!

  • Those are baby legs, aren't they?

  • What a delightfully charming and yet sinister masterpiece.

  • Disturbing, but beautiful and entertaining.

    Really well done.
