  • Unions are for lazy ass want to be iron hands

  • @Eyebeemz Fuck Yes. Ironworker Local 14.

  • i just worked 6 years non union, begged me to join

  • @tonlo2006 Well you run the risk of dying in the army . Getting an Applied science degree toward Welding will not get you in any faster and Training is free in the apprenticeship . Work is slow . So they are not taken many people . My district only took 65 in 2008, none in 2009 , 14 in 2010 , and I heard they were not taken a 2011 class . So keep trying or buy a your book .

  • @viciousbill So I've been told . Quick question Would it better to serve 2 yrs in college in a Applied science degree toward Welding , or 4 yrs in the Army , which one would give me a better chance of getting in ?

  • @tonlo2006 Best of the best or you gotta know someone . Most of my apprenticeship class is family of members and helmets to hardhats . Not me . I don't know anyone in my local . Maybe I tested well .
