A Rude Violator VS Pakistan Motorway Police

This man(A senior officer) checked over speed near Khanewal Pakistan. He ignored stop sign by patrolling officers first time and second time, when a patrol car stopped him, he used highly objectionable language against the patrol officer. He moved the car rapidly without penalization, saying " Never Dare To Stop Me". At last, the officer at Khanewal Toll Plaza stopped him forcefully and issued a traffic Challan Ticket in both violations: 1: Over speed 2: ignoring stop sign by a uniform officer. The violator introduced himself as a senior officer but patrolling officer did not impress. This time, the man is much careful and showing controlled behavior in front of movie camera.

why is the officer arguing? that;'s typical desi behaviour. he should be given a ticket and moved on...5 min job turned into a nonsensical arguments.
