@dferris7767 you dont get gigs like the ones he gets because people like your name . Just look at some of the bands he has toured with in the last 10 yrs . People who make the comparisons are people who would rather talk than listen. Anyone with ears can see why he is a sought after drummer . His live sound is bone jarring

I agree with dferris ...leave Jason Bonham alone ! He's a great drummer in his own right and his father was a innovator and took rock drumming to another level , and these people wanna bring out all this negativity ? get a life ....Jason has his ....and at the moment he's the drummer for Black Country Communion !

I'm really tired of people putting down Jason Bonham and saying "he'll never be as good as his dad" or "he's riding on his dad's coattails" I feel sorry for Jason that people will always compare his playing to his dad....who just happens to be the one of the most iconic drummers of all time. I'm very happy for Jason to be playing in a band like this. He's trying to make his mark as a member of a band. It's the overly critically ones that keep putting him down.
