Shooting a Gun from within a Purse

Some of our female clients have requested that we make a video demonstrating a hammerless revolver being fired from within a purse. Hammerless revolvers like the Smith & Wesson Model 642, Bodyguard 38, and Ruger LCR are ideal for women to carry concealed in their purses. Unlike semi-automatic handguns, these hammerless snub-nosed revolvers cycle reliably from within handbags, holsters, and other articles of clothing. As you can see, we had fun with this video during our last training session. Note: this test was conducted on a closed range. Don't try this at home. Have a good one and God bless! -- Evan

so 2 jams from shooting inside the purses? probably because there was contact on the slide from the purse? so maybe a revolver would be the best choice if you plan to shoot from inside the purse :) that... or the AR with the tactical purse over the top lol :)

OMG!!! AWESOME! My girl friend has one of these purses with a built in holster and I always talk to her about firing it right through the purse... but now that I've actually seen it in action its even more spectacular than we ever imagined! lol I've really got to come down to the shop one of these days.
