This is a video put together to document the last five years of Moy Yat Kung Fu Academy and three different locations in Central Austin.

In 2004 we hosted a Bullshido Throwdown and we included some friendly VT vs MMA. For more info, about training Ving Tsun in Central Texas, check out Sifu Aaron Vyvial (Moy 10 Tung) at http://moyyataustin.com/

  • I see a Have a Sidai who is very serious about his Fu. I still am mystified by how much free Kung Fu is being presented by our family though.

  • It's changed a lot, since we started but as you know, no one can see the kung fu when they don't know it.

  • finally kung fu school that knows what its doing!

but the guy deadlifting has terrible technique and is gonna slip a disk if they donbt stop

  • after 10 years of deadlifting, no injuries so far. Form looks good to me, even with a 60lb xvest

  • si eso funcionase por que no hay peleadores de wt en ufc, pride o valetudo?

  • because vale tudo and mma is a combat sport much like boxing. It's like sayig if that worked why can't you compete in the Olympics in Judo or Greco Roman Wrestling. You can't compare them.

  • @vyvial whats the point of a vest when ur deadlifting

  • BY A GUN GIVE UP THIS CRAP ITS PITIFUL.

  • nice to see a kung fu school last 5 years that does NOT resort to cheesy uniforms and NERF-style sparring. Wing Chun looks good to me; not just "chain punching" as some others have said.

  • It's obvious you work the forward pressure and aggression tactics, but I would love to see more matches against more experienced MMA practitioners, especially with either judo or muay thai focus.

  • mma aint really that great

  • Lol. 0:30 looks like he's pop-locking.

  • nice job...loved the kettlebell and weight aspects added to the training

  • Where do you get those heavy-looking clubs man? That's friggin awesome! I need those. Looks like great wrist strengthening. Please tell me where you got those weighted clubs.
