It was largely a investment newsletter. Ron Paul newsletters were released on a monthly basis for twenty years. From 1976 to1989 there was no racist content. No fewer than 240 editions published. There were 9 newsletters with racist passages. First racist passage occurred on Oct 1990. Then off and on to Dec 1992. The most racial newsletter that had the most exposure was written in June 1992. This letter eliminated the byline, which would have exposed the author, James B. Powell.
