The funiest thing now for that legentary machine is that a friend of mine have that on the box for many years now in perfect contition,and some weeks back he desided to plug it to his tv and play a litle.While the console was used only once as he claimed the console never turned on because had some problem.And when i have tell him that my nes that i found in an old store was working he freaked out! another conclution that the console didn't sell was and the techical issues i believe.

That game console was barely a 32 bit machine that atari have made that time,and while was an awesome equipment for cool gaming was diched out by atari because has sufering from a well known desease for consoles that doesnn't sell at all.Bad titles! close enough like sega's masterpiece dreamcast,imagine now that they gave us free here in greece with a couple of cupons the game system when the failing disaster had strike the selves on the stores.

it's said if the Jaguar's tech was used properly it could produce graphics near the N64's.........do the math

i bet that atari already planned the cdrom addon for their jaguar,before they even released the atari jaguar,why becouse look to it,s shape you can see that round hole ahead the cartride input,was it really meant as a design gimmmick i do,nt think so no ,m really convincet that atari wanted to put something on top of it,and to be fair the atari jaguar just looks simply incomplete without the cd rom addon.

generally the design of the jaguar was ugly even backthem.
