I JUST TALKED TO A FHTM MEMBER AND THE LAWSUITS HAVE BEEN THROWN OUT. THERE WERE 3 LAWSUITS BUT NONE OF THEM WORKED OUT> JUST WHAT I WAS TOLD.

Do research is correct, this company is just like Excel Communications, their whole basis is the blatant lie that reps will make money off of the deregulation of energy. Much like with Excel Communications who claimed they would do the same type of pyramid scam by the deregulation of long distance phone providers. Sure you may make a little bit of money, not off of any product or any advertising budget but off your friends you scam into signing up.
