@chaty66 "REPORT" means the loud noise that the explosion makes, like "the rocket had a loud 'report' when it exploded in the sky!"

man, thats sad :( I know there's some danger, but if ur careful, dont see why anyone shouldnt be able to buy them! I still got a bunch put aside for new years eve!! gonna light up on 2010! where u from again?
