It will go up\not go up before i shoot, so i have an idea if\and what im going to hit before i actually hit.

yeah, its just really rare. Definently for plateskirt or chestplate from minions. Helm from minions is meh, pretty damn rare.

Yes based off the fact he's flying and you can't hit him with melee attacks.
