People recite the "Lord's Prayer" from memory but how many give serious thought to the meanings of these phrases. Through the prayer note that 'Our and Us' are the only pronoun forms, never me or my. And phrases that follow offer depth of revelation. I think this will give you a few things to think about when you pray this familiar prayer.

  • Thanks, Apreciate your video, I believe the Lords prayer si very deep and profound, and has several layers of meaning that becomes ever more clear to us as we go on with the Lord. Jesus bless you brother.

  • Since the Kingdom of Heaven is perfect and Jesus said to pray "Thy kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven." I have sometimes prayed, "Thy kingdom come to . . . then I put in an address or say a person's name, I then ask for all the goodness of heaven to rest on that address or person and the things of earth that are afflicting them to recede.
