Initially designed as a prototype, what initially sets the DN01 apart is its looks. With a unique nose and distinctive lines, this is not one for the discrete and will always be a head-turner. Its looks are likely to be one of, if not the, deciding factors in its purchase.

  • what honda should do is ditch the CVT and the 700, stuff the drivetrain from the VRF1200FA DCT and go after the Haybusa and the ZX-14

  • People is missing the point. Is not a scooter, is not a sports bike, and is not even a cruiser, it is a Concept Bike made available to the public. Thumbs up to Honda for taking risks when no other company is doing it.

  • 15k for a 680 cc automatic scooter. pffff no thanks. I'll stick to my cb1000r

  • @DjP4nd4 I haved speaked english and it's a fantastic language

  • crap bike

  • 680cc engine does not make this in any way a scooter.

  • Hmm, doesn't go fast, doesn't handle very well, can't do wheelies, not very comfortable, can't carry any luggage, expensive, has a giant lump of bodywork globbed on by the handlebars. I think the sort of people that are considering buying one of these should try out a conventional motorcycle and see what they're missing first.

  • I hv a 60+ old man riding a brand new DN-1 in my area. Cool man. He even rode to Thailand on the last 3-nation ride.

  • I have these questions: 1) Why can't it just be a motorcycle that looks like a motorcycle but has an automatic transmission? 2) Why can't it have a bigger motor so it can cruise at high speeds at comfortable RPMs? 3) Why can't it have storage space? People who take cruises on a bike need to carry things along with them. 4) Why does it cost so much? 4) Why can't there be another brake lever where the clutch isn't? 5) How fast will it go? Will it cruise at 80 comfortably?
