This video was awesome - like the science of healing Sesame Street style. Loved it. I'm also living proof of the power of fruits/veg. When I was a teenager I had to wear glasses because I was near-sighted. When I was 21 I became vegetarian and 2 years later when I went to an eye doctor's appointment and complained that my glasses were giving me headaches he said it was because my eye sight was 20/20. I should probably get a carrot tattoo to commemorate their greatness.
