Amazing 5-Year old skater (skate board) at Denker Park - Summer Night Lights program 2009

Denker Park was one of the 16 parks that the City of Los Angeles implemented Summer Night Lights, a youth program that used City parks after hours to provide teens and young adults alternative activities in the night time hours.

This young 5-year old boy took advantage of the skate park that the city provided in several parks and has developed into an above average skate boarder for his age. This was the second year, 2009, that the City continued the program.
