@charxshuffle i ve got a running vert a bit higher than yours, and im 5,6... you don't need afew more inches, you need AS MAY AS YOU CAN GET! train with everything you got, heavy weights, plyos resistance bands, and HARD.. and btw, when you get to 1,5 times or a bit more your bodyweight with them weights try doing heavy plyometric work! hope i helped!

im 6,1
have a running vertical:32-33 inch
standing vertical:30-31 inches
cant jump of 2 foot for leaping ima 1 foot jumper
and im 17 years of age , really need few inches more
someone got some tips for liek 3-4 inches more?
